Olefin Carpets: This is a very low cost synthetic fiber usually used both indoors and outdoors.
Wool Carpets: These carpets are much more expensive that the synthetic type carpets, but they are a lot more comfortable and natural in appearance.
Plush also known as cut-pile carpet: Although these carpets are very popular they do not wear as well as some of the other carpets.
Sisal Carpets: These carpets are made from natural fibers of the cactus plant.
Synthetic Fiber Carpets: These carpets are made of different types of artificial material and are often referred to as nylon, olefin, polyester or acrylic.
Acrylics Carpets: These carpets looks more like wool than fibers and are a lot more expensive than nylon.
Berber also called High Level Carpet: This type of carpe wear much better that the plush or cut-pile carpets.
